Description

BOLA Duett Temperature Probe Lemo Compact EX is a dual PT 100 temperature probe built for laboratory use where two independent measuring circuits are required in a single immersion body. Two PT 100 sensors sit inside a stainless-steel tube (1.4571) coated with conductive PTFE-EX. Probe diameter is 8 mm, usable working length is 500 mm and overall length is approximately 600 mm. A 12 mm drop-protection ring and a 5 mm earthing bore aid mechanical protection and grounding. Measuring circuits are spatially separated according to EN 61010-2-010:2013. Two Lemo® size-1 sockets are mounted directly on the probe head, each in four-wire configuration, with a coupling width of about 27 mm. The outer sheath material is polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE); net weight is 0,171 kg. This Bohlender probe is offered as one piece and suits temperature control tasks that need redundant sensors, an EX-capable PTFE jacket and compact Lemo connectivity in a longer immersion format.

Questions about BOLA Double Temperature Probes Lemo Compact EX, Ø 8 mm, L 600 mm Usable length 5

What is this article?

BOLA Double Temperature Probes Lemo Compact EX, Ø 8 mm, L 600 mm Usable length 5 is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bohlender for laboratory use. It sits in Temperature probes & sensors, inside Temperature measurement, in Instruments de laboratoire.

A temperature probe is the sensor, Pt100, thermocouple or thermistor, that a meter or a logger reads. The probe, not the display, is what is calibrated. The sheath material and the response time matter in a liquid versus a block.

A thermometer reports a temperature. A liquid-in-glass thermometer is a calibrated column. A digital thermometer is a sensor and a display, and the sensor, not the display, is what is calibrated. An infrared thermometer reads a surface and depends on emissivity. A data logger stores the reading over time. Without a stated uncertainty and a calibration point, the number is only an indication. The scale is maintained by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET. Accreditation is BELAC.
