Bottle-top dispenser VITLAB® simplex2, 0,5-5:0,1 ml is a variable-volume bottle-top unit for controlled dosing of laboratory liquids within defined physical limits. It is intended for media with densities up to 2,2 g/cm³, vapour pressures up to 600 mbar and viscosities up to 500 mm²/s, supporting work with many acids, solvents and bases. High-grade materials—PTFE, PFA, FEP, borosilicate glass and platinum-iridium—provide strong chemical resistance in routine dispensing. Volume is set quickly and precisely with a practical screw mechanism; a direct-displacement piston with PFA seal helps reduce crystallisation and piston sticking. A clearly readable scale and a fitted cannula closure cap support clean, drip-free delivery. The instrument is fully autoclavable at 121 °C and 2 bar (maximum 20 min), DE-M marked with adjustment capability for metrological monitoring, and carries an individual serial number.
