b.safe Universal bench feed-through GL45 is a conductive PE-EX laboratory table penetration for organised solvent and waste handling through work surfaces. It suits panels from 10 to 35 mm thick with a 33 mm bore and fixes securely using a self-adhesive, silicone-free sealing disc plus locknut. The upper face carries one GL45 external thread for mounting a b.safe funnel with GL45 screw cap, eight capillary ports (UNF 1/4") supplied with blind fittings and b.safe fittings for capillaries of 1,6 mm, 2,2 mm and 3,2 mm outer diameter, and four hose ports (NPT 1/8") with blind fittings and b.safe olives for tubing of 6,5–8 mm inner diameter. The underside provides a GL25 external thread for direct coupling to flexible b.safe Waste Tubes. This complete assembly from manufacturer Bohlender includes colour-coded fittings (green 1,6 mm, violet 2,2 mm, yellow 3,2 mm), blind plugs and olives. Overall length is 144 mm, supporting clean HPLC waste collection and multi-line solvent routing in the laboratory.
