Description
ClassicLine hand-held eye shower with one 45° shower head is intended for wall and table mounting in laboratory and workplace safety installations. The ergonomically shaped handle integrates a locking plastic trigger; the valve does not close automatically. A high-performance broad-jet shower head angled at 45° uses a low-scaling plastic spray plate with rubber protection and a tightly closing dust cover with flip mechanism. An integrated automatic flow regulator supplies 7 litres per minute for a standards-compliant spray pattern within a working range of 1,5 to 5 bar flow pressure. An integrated non-return valve protects the drinking-water supply. The stainless-steel-sheathed hose is 1,5 metres long and terminates in a 1/2-inch union nut; the assembly is DIN-DVGW tested and approved. A stable wall and table bracket positions the unit and includes a mounting set with M28×1,5 mm nut and two M5 screws for restricted access, plus a special surface seal. From manufacturer B-SAFETY, the set includes a self-adhesive PVC eye-shower sign (100 × 100 mm) to DIN EN ISO 7010 and ASR A1.3 with a 10-metre recognition distance. Recommended mounting height is 750 mm (± 200 mm). The shower complies with BGI/GUV-I 850-0, DIN 1988, DIN EN 1717, ANSI Z358.1-2014 and DIN EN 15154-2:2006.
