CO2 Incubator ICO105med is a medical-device CO2 incubator with TwinDISPLAY and a nominal chamber volume of 107 l for controlled cell and tissue culture work. The adjustable temperature range is 18 °C to 50 °C, with a working range from 5 °C above ambient up to 50 °C. CO2 is regulated from 0 % to 20 % via dual-beam NDIR measurement. Humidity is limited by a Peltier element; with a filled and inserted water dish the relative humidity is held at 93 % rh ± 2,5 %. An electronic microprocessor temperature controller with Pt100 sensor and self-diagnostics provides precise regulation. The unit features a fully insulated stainless-steel outer door, a heated inner glass door, six-sided all-round heating, and stainless-steel housing and interior. It is supplied with one water dish and two stainless-steel perforated shelves, multiple over- and under-temperature protection with alarm, and a stored sterilisation programme. A factory calibration certificate for +37 °C and 5 % CO2 is included. Exterior dimensions are 719 × 850 × 591 mm; interior 560 × 480 × 400 mm.
