Description
Stainless steel cold trap KF54V with Dewar vessel of borosilicate glass 3.3 is configured for dry-ice operation and vacuum applications. The assembly comprises a two-part V2A cooling finger (KF NW 50) type S 54V-K16-Z, a borosilicate glass 3.3 Dewar vessel type 18 C, and a CO2 grid with two-part plastic support ring. Metal flanges KF NW 16 provide the process connections. Net weight is 3,9 kg and gross weight 4,1 kg. The complete set from manufacturer KGW Isotherm includes the necessary O-ring with centering, clamping closure for the KF NW 50 flange and an operating manual. Designed as type KF 54V-K16-Z-18C-CO2, the cold trap enables efficient condensation of vapours when charged with dry ice. The combination of stainless-steel cold finger and glass Dewar ensures thermal performance and chemical resistance suitable for laboratory vacuum lines and freeze-drying support. Supplied as one complete unit, the system is ready for immediate integration into existing KF-flanged apparatus.
