Crane scale KERN HCD 100K-2D is a high-resolution industrial crane scale for dual-range loads up to 60 kg and 150 kg. Designed as a full-featured unit for lower to medium load ranges, its robust construction adds safety and carries TÜV approval against EN 13155 for loose load lifting accessories and fracture safety as well as EN 61010-1 for electrical safety. A large, high-contrast LCD display and the standard infrared remote control allow secure reading and operation from a distance of up to 20 m. Compact, lightweight build and battery operation, with optional rechargeable battery, support mobile use across production, warehouse and shipping locations; an optical LED indicates battery charge status. Hold freezes the displayed value automatically at standstill or manually, while tare resets the display to zero under load so removed or added mass is shown directly. Stand-by switches the display off after 5 min without load change and reactivates on any key press. The rotatable hook features a safety catch; shackle and hook are nickel-plated steel.
