Conformes aux normes EN 420, EN 388 (1223XX) et EN 511 (111). Enveloppe extérieure semi-perméable en tissu nylon piqué. Intérieur sans couture, laminé. Doublure légère en polyoléfine/polyester dans un gant intérieur en coton tricoté. Conception 100 % imperméable, avec un gant intérieur supplémentaire sans couture.
Protection dans la plage de températures les plus basses jusqu'à -160 °C. Convient pour la manipulation de glace carbonique (-79 °C), les opérations en phase gazeuse de milieux cryogéniques liquéfiés, tels que l'azote liquide en phase gazeuse. Pour un travail de longue durée en phase gazeuse et en cas de risque de mouillage par des liquides, ou avec des substances infectieuses ou toxiques, par exemple. La pénétration à travers les coutures au niveau des doigts est évitée.
