Digital force gauge SAUTER FS 4-500 is a premium instrument with an integrated measuring cell for tensile and compressive force applications. Whether operated mobile for rapid testing or installed stationarily in a test stand or production line, the multifunctional display presents all measured values in real time at a glance. Via the integrated interface, data can be transferred to a PC or laptop for further evaluation. The unit works with all SAUTER strain-gauge load cells and allows up to four external measuring cells to be connected simultaneously; when external channels are in use the internal cell remains deactivated, enabling force measurement in different tensile or compressive directions with a single instrument. Features include a 3,5'' touchscreen, four external force-sensor channels with optional internal cell, compatibility with 4-wire and 6-wire strain-gauge sensors, two-point adjustment with weights or numerical adjustment, sensor data stored directly in the connector, standard USB interface for data transfer and power supply, 16 GB internal device memory, selectable SI units (kg, N, kN, mN, MN, Nm, kNm, mNm), tolerance function, continuous track display and peak-value measurement. The gauge mounts on all SAUTER test stands and ships in a high-quality systainer® T-LOC system case complete with plug-in power supply and USB-C cable from manufacturer Kern. Net weight is 0,45 kg.
