Description
Expell 10 µL reload pipette tips offer a compact, waste-reducing solution for routine liquid handling in research and analytical laboratories. The reload system consists of slim towers holding stacked insert plates of 96 tips each; simply remove a plate and drop it into an empty compatible rack to refill in seconds. One carton supplies 10 × 10 × 96 pieces, giving 9600 non-sterile, filter-free tips with low-binding surface properties that limit sample adhesion. Because the tips nest partially into the plate below, the tower occupies far less space than conventional stacked racks and cuts packaging volume by up to 75 %, lowering shipping costs and plastic waste. Only the insert plates contain plastic; the outer carton is fully recyclable and empty racks can be reused repeatedly. Produced under the CAPP® brand by manufacturer AHN Biotechnologie, the tips are moulded from pure polypropylene, autoclavable up to 121 °C and compatible with corresponding CAPP racks. This reload format supports efficient bench organisation and sustainable consumable management without sacrificing tip quality or universal pipette fit.

Questions about Expell 10 µL, reload, Case / 10 x 10 x 96 pcs.
What is this article?
Expell 10 µL, reload, Case / 10 x 10 x 96 pcs. is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes AHN Biotechnologie for laboratory use. It sits in Filter tips, inside Pipettes & pipette tips, in Consommables.
A filter tip has a porous barrier that stops aerosol from the sample reaching the pipette piston. It is the tip for PCR, for radioactive liquids and for anything that must not cross-contaminate the next sample. The filter is not a syringe filter and it does not sterilise the liquid going out.
A pipette moves a measured volume. A volumetric pipette delivers one line. A graduated pipette delivers along a scale. A Pasteur pipette is an uncalibrated transfer. A piston pipette uses a tip, and the tip has to seal on that pipette. A filter tip adds a barrier so aerosol from the sample does not reach the piston. Serological pipettes are the long graduated tubes used with a controller. The volume and the fit are the specification. Piston pipettes are treated under ISO laboratory apparatus. In-vitro work also meets ISO in vitro diagnostic systems.
