Description

Expert Key 100 pro is an industrial data acquisition system that measures and converts various analogue and digital signals so they can be further processed with the laboratory device software labworldsoft® 6. Connection to a PC is established via USB or Ethernet. Different sensors can be attached to the unit and read out through labworldsoft® 6. Laboratory devices with an analogue interface can likewise be connected, then controlled and monitored via the same software. The form factor of the Expert Key 100 pro from manufacturer IKA enables installation in switch cabinets or 19″ housings. The system supports 14 analogue inputs, 2 analogue outputs, 12 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs. Supplied as one piece with a power cable and EU plug, it has a net weight of 1,930 kg and a gross weight of 2,430 kg. This compact multi-channel interface links sensors and analogue laboratory instruments to PC-based acquisition for industrial monitoring and process applications where reliable signal conversion is required.

Questions about Expert Key 100 pro, Data collection system industry

What is this article?

Expert Key 100 pro, Data collection system industry is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes IKA for laboratory use. It sits in Laboratory glass thermometers, inside Temperature measurement, in Instruments de laboratoire.

A liquid-in-glass thermometer is a calibrated column, often with a stated immersion depth, total or partial. The range and the division decide the reading. A partial-immersion thermometer read at the wrong depth is wrong by design.

A thermometer reports a temperature. A liquid-in-glass thermometer is a calibrated column. A digital thermometer is a sensor and a display, and the sensor, not the display, is what is calibrated. An infrared thermometer reads a surface and depends on emissivity. A data logger stores the reading over time. Without a stated uncertainty and a calibration point, the number is only an indication. The scale is maintained by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET. Accreditation is BELAC.
