Made from high-quality white PE-HD, it combines a 200 mm funnel diameter with a 220 mm safety lance, splash guard and removable sieve. Two independent safety mechanisms — an integrated ball in the funnel basin and a sealing ring built into the hinged lid — prevent the escape of toxic or harmful gases when the funnel is closed. The hinged lid seals the unit when not in use, while the ball valve opens automatically during filling. An optimised sieve retains larger particles and provides a stable rest for laboratory bottles; the improved splash guard incorporates air channels to minimise bubble formation. The safety lance can be shortened individually for clean discharge of liquid waste, and all essential components are removable for straightforward cleaning. The reinforced design from manufacturer SCAT delivers higher stability and durability, resisting deformation even under heavy use.
