Description
Hot air sterilizer SN110 is a natural-convection sterilizer with a 108 l chamber for laboratory and medical-device applications. The working temperature range extends from at least 5 °C above ambient up to +250 °C, with a settable range of +20 °C to +250 °C. The unit features SingleDISPLAY control, two grid shelves, a stainless steel door and an electronically adjustable exhaust flap from 0 % to 100 % in 10 % steps. An Ethernet interface allows protocol data readout; double overtemperature protection and an integrated data logger with at least ten years of storage capacity support documented processes. Three calibration values can be set at the ControlCOCKPIT, and a factory calibration certificate for +160 °C is included. From manufacturer Memmert, the structured stainless steel housing measures 745 × 864 × 584 mm and the stainless steel interior 560 × 480 × 400 mm. Electrical supply is 230 V, 50/60 Hz with a maximum power consumption of approximately 2800 W. Net weight is 74 kg.

Questions about Hot air steriliser SN110, 108l, 20-250°C
What is this article?
Hot air steriliser SN110, 108l, 20-250°C is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Memmert for laboratory use. It sits in Autoclaves & sterilisers, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Instruments de laboratoire.
An autoclave sterilises with steam under pressure, typically 121 °C. A load that is wrapped wrong, or a liquid in a sealed full bottle, does not see that temperature, or it bursts. Chamber volume and the cycles it can run are the specification.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
