Cette phase C8 à haute densité basée sur un gel de silice NUCLEODUR® de haute pureté, avec son endcapping, supprime toute interaction polaire indésirable entre la surface de la silice et l'échantillon, ce qui rend le «Gravity» particulièrement adapté à la séparation des analytes basiques et autres analytes ionisables.
