It extends multi-position stirring capacity without including a power supply or accessories, so laboratories can scale their setup according to available power resources. Before adding units, the capacity of the current power supply should be checked: up to two devices can run from the supply supplied with IKA TWISTER SET 1 and 2; two to four devices require TW.PWR.1 or the supply from IKA TWISTER SET 3 and 4; four to thirty devices need TW.PWR.2. The compact module has a net weight of 0,660 kg and packaging dimensions of 0,024 m height by 0,135 m width by 0,135 m depth. Manufactured by IKA, this add-on supports flexible magnetic stirring arrays in chemical, pharmaceutical and life-science laboratories that already operate TWISTER systems. Supplied as one piece for non-sterile laboratory use, it enables cost-efficient expansion of parallel stirring positions while remaining fully compatible with the TWISTER power architecture.
