IoT-Line digital weighing transmitter YKV-02 is a modern digital weighing transmitter for rapid capture of weighing data and forwarding to a wide range of output media, including tablets, networks and PLC controllers. Designed for scales in plants or conveyor systems, it supports Industry 4.0-ready weighing workflows. Simply connect a weighing platform or load cell, integrate the digital transmitter into the network and begin weighing. Ethernet, USB and RS-232 data interfaces are provided as standard for fast transfer of weighing data to connected networks and computers, with power supplied via the USB interface. Transmission formats can be freely configured. Available functions are weighing and taring at a measurement frequency of 10 Hz. Configuration is handled conveniently through the supplied software. A robust plastic die-cast housing from manufacturer Kern allows wall mounting and DIN-rail mounting and is compatible with all KERN weighing platforms. Delivery includes the digital weighing transmitter, USB cable with power plug, DIN-rail bracket and configuration software for adjustment and administration, large-format display of measured values on a PC and transfer of these data into other applications and programmes, including conversion into formats for systems such as SAP or Oracle.
