Laboratory autoclave Laboklav 135-B is a versatile steam sterilizer with a usable chamber volume of 135 l and internal dimensions of Ø 500 × 660 mm, designed for both freestanding and benchtop installation. Operating overpressure reaches 2,8/−1 bar with sterilization temperatures from 98 °C to 138 °C. A separate integrated 10 kW steam generator with dry heating elements and an onboard demineralized-water storage tank (automatic or manual fill, level monitoring) supply process steam. The unit features a TÜV-tested motorized safety lock, thermal interlock conforming to TRB 402 and DIN 61010-2, flexible PT 100 reference sensor for liquid cycles, gravity and pressure-pulse venting, and temperature-controlled water-cooled exhaust condensation. Validation port, TÜV-tested safety valve, floor plate and drain manifold complete the chamber. Fully automatic 32-bit microprocessor control with multicolor touch panel and membrane keypad offers open solid, waste and liquid programs plus ten password-protected freely configurable cycles; process data are stored as PDF batch records on the internal 16 GB memory (up to 150 cycles on chip, ≥100 000 protocols archivable) and transferred via standard USB.
