SONOREX TECHNIK FA 75 filtration is a filter aggregate designed to remove dirt particles from cleaning solutions and thereby extend the service life of ultrasonic baths with a volume from 13 litres upward. The system is suitable for aqueous cleaning media at liquid temperatures up to a maximum of 70 °C. It comprises two polypropylene (PP) filter housings and a magnetically coupled centrifugal pump, mounted together on a stainless-steel sheet console. A pre-filter protects the pump against coarse contamination, while the fine filter provides depth filtration. Further equipment includes a pressure switch that shuts off the pump when the fine filter is clogged, a ball valve for flow adjustment, a switch box with ON button, a main switch and a 2 m connection cable with protective-contact plug. The pump must stand below the liquid level of the bath; the drain connection is G ½ internal thread.
