Complete fermenter with stand
Glass reactor for incubation of microorganisms and cells made of chemically resistant Clean Save laboratory glass with high durability.
Plant function:
These fermenters with a volume of 20 l are suitable for the incubation of microorganisms and cells. The reactor enables a quick and uncomplicated experimental set-up.
The stirred vessels can be filled with the intended medium via a lid nozzle. The medium in the vessel can be stirred speed-controlled by the stirrer and degassed or gassed via the lid nozzles. Depending on the viscosity of the substrate, it can be automated with adapted pump technology.
Reactor connections :
The reactor has large threaded connections on the side for sampling, substrate overflow or optional expansion to a double-chamber system.

Flange vessel DN 200, semi-circular standing bottom, with two lateral GL connections for drain or overflow.

Material: Clean Save laboratory glass
The wide-necked 200 mm flanged lid allows easy cleaning of the vessel. The lateral connections allow the connection of drain taps, or as overflow, or for bypasses to other fermentation vessels.

Manual feeder L14020403
The feeding tube is inserted via one of the 45 mm cover nozzles.
The substrate is placed below the floating layer so that there is no gas loss during feeding when the fermenter is filled.
