LaboStar 10 RO DI is a reverse osmosis pure-water system that produces laboratory water with a quality of up to 10 MΩ-cm. The versatile unit includes an integrated 7 l tank and supports expansion with a 30 l or 60 l storage tank. Permeate is collected in the tank and forwarded by an integrated circulation pump. A full deionisation module upgrades the reverse-osmosis permeate to Type II water; with a 0,2 µm sterile filter, bacterial content stays below 0,1 CFU/ml. Dispenser flow reaches up to 1,2 l/min, with withdrawal of 70 l/h at 0,5 bar and 65 l/h at 1,0 bar. Pure-water production is 10 l/h. Maximum working pressure is 6 bar and power consumption is at most 184 W at 100–240 V / 50–60 Hz. Feed-water conductivity should not exceed 2000 µS/cm under the stated design basis.
