Process air passes through a HEPA H-14 filter manufactured to EN-1822 at a constant vertical velocity of 0,40 m/s, delivering a minimum efficiency of 99,995 % for 0,3 µm particles and complete outward extraction of the airflow. This arrangement shields samples from external contamination and cross-contamination between specimens.
