Description
LR-2.ST the Allrounder is a modular laboratory reactor intended for optimising and reproducing diverse chemical reaction, mixing and homogenisation processes on the laboratory scale. Its stirrer shaft mounts securely transfer the high torque of the drive motors. Open connections on the reactor lid allow mounting of dispersing devices (ULTRA-TURRAX®), temperature probes, flow breakers and other accessories. The unit is vacuum-capable and employs product-wetted seals manufactured from solvent- and temperature-resistant perfluoroelastomer (FFPM). Continuously variable speed, an integrated torque-trend display for viscosity monitoring and microprocessor regulation that holds the set speed constant under load characterise the drive concept. A detachable Wireless Controller (WiCo) supports safe use within a fume cupboard. The complete laboratory reactor system from manufacturer IKA consists of the stand system, the high-torque EUROSTAR 200 control laboratory stirrer, safety shut-off and reactor lid, providing a versatile platform for routine process work.
