Microplate 384/V-PP clear/white PCR clean is a 384-well microplate fabricated from highly transparent polypropylene (PP) with clear wells and a white frame. V-bottom wells incorporate RecoverMax® well design, an optimised geometry that minimises residual volume and delivers excellent mixing performance. Raised well rims and a smooth surface enable reliable sealing, including heat sealing. Supplied PCR clean, the plates suit sensitive nucleic-acid amplification and related molecular workflows. g-Safe® construction provides outstanding centrifugation resistance up to 6.000 × g. The OptiTrack® matrix with high-contrast alphanumeric labelling accelerates sample location by up to 30 % and helps reduce pipetting errors. Polypropylene confers strong resistance to chemicals, mechanical stress and temperature extremes; the plates function reliably from −86 °C to 100 °C and are autoclavable at 121 °C for 20 min. Manufactured without mould-release agents, plasticisers or biocides that could interfere with bioassays, these microplates from manufacturer Eppendorf are packed as 80 plates (5 bags × 16 plates).
