Description
Multi Element Standards CR-20 is a metallo-organic multi-element standard in 75 cSt hydrocarbon oil, designated ROTI®Star, for analytical chemistry. The 100 ml HDPE pack is grouped with standards for atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) and inductively coupled plasma (ICP). Density is 0,8 to 0,9 g/cm³ and the boiling point is greater than 218 °C, consistent with a 75 cSt hydrocarbon-oil matrix. Such oil-based multi-element standards are used when metal analytes must be presented in a hydrocarbon medium rather than in water, for calibration and related spectrometric work. This 100 ml preparation from manufacturer Carl ROTH is part of the ROTI®Star line of metallo-organic standards for AAS and ICP laboratories. The filled unit is packed in high-density polyethylene and weighs 0,120 kg. UN number 3082 is assigned to the product. With a defined 75 cSt oil matrix, stated density range and boiling point, CR-20 supports identification, handling and use as a metallo-organic standard in the analytical laboratory.
