Multiparameter probe for HI98196 is a robust sensor body designed to accept interchangeable sensors for pH, redox potential (ORP), dissolved oxygen and temperature on the HI98196 multiparameter meter. It features a Quick Connect DIN connector that couples the probe quickly, securely and watertight to the handheld instrument. When sensors are fitted they are recognised automatically by probe and meter; unused ports simply disable or hide the corresponding parameters on the display. Sensors use screw fittings and colour-coded ports, so field replacement is straightforward and mix-ups are avoided. This variant is supplied with a 10 m multi-core, shielded and reinforced cable rated for a tensile load of 68 kg under non-continuous use. The assembly is IP68-rated, suitable for freshwater, brackish water or seawater, and may be immersed to a maximum depth of 20 m.
