It delivers good protection against less hazardous liquid chemicals, making it suitable for a range of laboratory, cleanroom and light industrial environments. The fabric construction features two inner layers of PP microfibre and two outer PP spunbonded layers that together ensure excellent liquid repellency. A tapeable zipper cover strip plus elasticated closures at the hood, sleeves, legs and waist create an effective barrier seal while maintaining comfort. Performance characteristics comprise a particle barrier of 3–3,5 µm, chemical repellency of 96,7 %, flexural tear strength of 1.250.000 and burst strength of 192 kPa. The garment has successfully passed the reduced spray test in accordance with prEN 13034.
