Description
neoLabLine Multifunction Rack for containers with diameter 50 mm, 8 places, yellow is a versatile laboratory rack built for flexible organisation of tubes and small containers. It accepts tubes from 12 to 30 mm diameter or cans up to a maximum diameter of 50 mm, with the number of usable places depending on how the rack is loaded. Compartment positions are arranged so screw-cap tubes sit neatly side by side without interfering with one another, while matching holes in the base keep every tube secure in all positions. Compartment height is adjustable and each compartment is alphanumerically coded; coding can continue across two linked racks via connecting clips available as accessories. The rack may also be used with a single grid insert instead of two when stabilised by a holding-frame accessory. From manufacturer neolab - Labor, this multifunction design is stackable and autoclavable, and can be converted into basket form with optional handle, holding frame and clamps for transport or storage duties in the laboratory.
This article is part of Sample containers & jars, in Bottles & containers.

Questions about neoLabLine Multifunktionsrack für Container mit Durchmesser 50 mm, 8 Plätze, gel
What is this article?
neoLabLine Multifunktionsrack für Container mit Durchmesser 50 mm, 8 Plätze, gel is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes neolab for laboratory use. It sits in Sample containers & jars, inside Bottles & containers, in Matériel de laboratoire.
A sample container or jar is the vessel the sample travels in, with a closure that survives the trip. The volume and the liner decide whether the sample that arrives is the sample that was taken.
A laboratory bottle is a closed container with a stated volume and a neck that takes a cap, a stopper or a dispenser. Borosilicate glass is the choice when the liquid is a solvent, or when the bottle will be heated or autoclaved. Polyethylene and polypropylene are the choice when the bottle must not shatter, or when hydrofluoric acid would attack glass. A narrow mouth pours. A wide mouth is for powders and for reaching the bottom. Laboratory ware of this kind is indexed under ISO laboratory glassware. Traceable volume sits with the BIPM and NIST Physical Measurement.
