The foot plate pair KERN BFN-A03 is a set of floor-fixing plates used to anchor the weighing bridge of a KERN BFN floor scale securely to the ground. It provides a compact mechanical solution for permanent installation where drive-on ramps or pit frames are not selected. This accessory from manufacturer Kern is matched to BFN floor scales and is not retrofittable after alternative mounting arrangements have already been chosen. For calibrated weighing systems the bridge must be fixed to the floor; fixation may be realised optionally by a drive-on ramp, this foot-plate pair or a pit frame.
