Description
PC950 pH/Conductivity Meter with Test Stand, incl. Magnetic Stirrer is a multiparameter benchtop instrument for reliable simultaneous pH and conductivity measurements in the laboratory. The large illuminated LCD displays pH, conductivity and temperature at the same time along with calibration information. An integrated microprocessor enables automatic calibration, automatic temperature compensation, self-diagnosis and storage of 200 data groups. pH range is 0 to 14,00 with resolution 0,1/0,01 and accuracy ±0,01 ± 1 digit; mV range is ±2000 mV. Conductivity covers 0 to 200 mS/cm (sub-ranges from 0–19,99 μS/cm to 20,0–199,9 mS/cm), TDS 0 to 100 g/l and salinity 0 to 100 ppt, with accuracy ±1,0 % F.S. ± 1 digit and cell constants 0,1/1/10 cm⁻¹. Temperature measurement spans 0 to 100 °C. Graphical guidance and a multilingual system (English, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Italian) support intuitive operation. The complete set from manufacturer APERA Instruments includes LabSen211 pH glass electrode, 2401T-F conductivity electrode, MP500 temperature probe, pH and conductivity calibration solutions, electrode holder, magnetic stirrer with speed memory, USB output and PC-Link software. IP54 housing measures 360 × 235 × 400 mm and weighs 1,7 kg. Warranty is 3 years (6 months on electrodes).

Questions about PC950 Benchtop pH/Conductivity Meter with Magnetic Stirrer
What is this article?
PC950 Benchtop pH/Conductivity Meter with Magnetic Stirrer is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes APERA Instruments for laboratory use. It sits in Conductivity meters & cells, inside pH & electrochemistry, in Instruments de précision.
A conductivity meter and its cell measure how well a solution carries current. The cell constant is the geometry that converts conductance to conductivity, and it is calibrated with a standard. Temperature compensation matters because conductivity rises with temperature.
A pH meter is a voltmeter on a glass electrode. The voltage tracks hydrogen-ion activity, and the electrode is converted to pH only after it is adjusted with buffers of known value. Conductivity measures how well a solution carries a current, which for dilute salts tracks concentration. Dissolved oxygen and titration are further electrodes on the same idea: a sensor, a standard, and a reading that is only as fresh as the calibration. Buffer values and chemical identity sit on PubChem. Accreditation of the calibration laboratory is the field of BELAC and EURAMET.
