Lowfat powdered milk, especially suited for use as blocking reagent in immunological assays like Western-Blot analyses or ELISA. Fine powdered for easy application.

Milk contains biotin. Not suitable for biotin/streptavidine mediated detection systems. The added anti-caking agents (phosphates) guarantee easy weighing. Calcium, magnesium and iron phosphates can precipitate in higher concentrated solutions of milk powder.
