PowderProof® Powder vertical sampling lance, 120 cm complete, is a mobile, electrically driven sampling solution for efficient and accurate collection of free-flowing powders from large bulk containers with direct access from above. The complete assembly combines a robust drive unit with an interchangeable piercing lance and conveying spiral, allowing large sample volumes to be recovered in a short time from open vessels such as drums, barrels, big bags or sacks. With this sampler, both target-point and all-layer samples can be withdrawn quickly and conveniently, enabling thorough quality control already during goods-in inspection. The lance tip is shaped for good gliding and easy penetration into the material, even through narrow container openings. Sample material travels through the collection lance straight into the sample container, helping avoid contamination of the specimen. Extensive accessories raise user convenience and safety at the sampling point. Suited to the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and agricultural industries, the PowderProof® system from manufacturer Bürkle provides a reliable route for contamination-conscious sampling of free-flowing powders and granules up to a diameter of 4 mm.
