The HI98197 covers an extended range from 0,000 µS/cm to 400 mS/cm and can report total dissolved solids, resistivity and salinity. For high-purity streams, the four-ring probe can be sealed to a stainless-steel flow cell so measurements are taken under flow, limiting atmospheric CO2 interference that would otherwise raise conductivity. Calibration is possible at up to five points from seven stored standards, with a dedicated one-point NaCl option. Cell constant, linear or natural-water temperature compensation, temperature coefficient, reference temperature and TDS factor are fully configurable, and up to ten custom profiles can be stored. The instrument guides all three USP stages for water for injection and generates stage reports.
