Description
PTFE-insulated heating tape MIL-HT-CN is a flexible laboratory and process heating solution measuring 7,0 m in length with a rated power of 245 W at 230 V AC. Designed for reliable surface heating, the tape combines PTFE insulation with a nickel-plated copper outer protective braid that provides splash-water protection in demanding laboratory and industrial environments. Compact cross-section dimensions of 8 x 4 mm and a minimum bending radius greater than 15 mm allow the band to conform readily around pipes, vessels and apparatus. The maximum heating conductor temperature of 260 °C supports controlled thermal applications such as container heating and pipe tracing. Each unit is factory-finished with a 1,5 m connection cable without plug for straightforward installation. This MIL-HT-CN heating tape from manufacturer ISOHEAT/SAF Wärmetechnik is supplied as a single piece with a net weight of 0,7 kg. Special lengths and other heating powers can be requested when standard configurations do not meet process requirements.
