Description
Qualification package IQ, OQ is a workbook-based qualification set for selected laboratory pure water systems. It applies to LaboStar RO DI, UltraClear RO, UltraClear RO DI and UltraClear RO EDI and gives plant operators a practical foundation to carry out installation and operational qualification themselves, including documentation suitable for presentation to supervisory institutions such as the FDA. Installation Qualification (IQ) provides documented confirmation that the water treatment plant, as installed or modified, conforms to the approved design and manufacturer recommendations. Core IQ content includes manufacturer FAT acceptance protocols, delivery and assembly specifications, on-site build-up, media connections for water, wastewater, power and control cables, optional integration into the process environment, initial cleaning or disinfection where required, operating manuals with maintenance guidance, flow schemes, consumables and spare-parts lists, and acceptance, handover and defect protocols. Operational Qualification (OQ) confirms that quality-relevant functions are reproducibly initiated by the control system and that the plant operates within the planned working range, covering component checks, interlocks, alarms, sensors and conformity of the operating instructions. A full documentation folder from manufacturer Evoqua Water Technologies is supplied to the user.

Questions about Qualification IQ;OQ for LaboStar and UltraClear Pure water Systems
What is this article?
Qualification IQ;OQ for LaboStar and UltraClear Pure water Systems is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Evoqua Water Technologies for laboratory use. It sits in Calibration, service & certificates, in Instruments de laboratoire.
A calibration compares an instrument with a standard and writes down the difference. The certificate is that comparison: the standard used, the points, the uncertainty, the date. Without it, a balance or a pipette is only claiming to be right. Accreditation is what tells you the laboratory that signed the certificate is itself checked. European comparison of standards is EURAMET. Belgian accreditation is BELAC. The units themselves are the BIPM.
