ROTI®La solution de gélatine ROTI® Cell peut être utilisée dans diverses applications en recherche en sciences de la vie en général. ROTI®Solution de gélatine 2 % ROTI® Cell pour le revêtement des cultures cellulaires : 100-200 µg (5-10 µl)/cm2. Par conséquent, nous recommandons d'utiliser les quantités suivantes par puits/plaque en ml : 5-10 µl (48 puits), 10-20 µl (24 puits), 20-40 µl (12 puits), 42-85 µl (6 puits), 0,12-0,24 ml (plaque de 6 cm), 0,31-0,63 ml (plaque de 10 cm). La quantité optimale dépend du type de cellule et des paramètres spécifiques de l'essai et doit être évaluée. Revêtir par incubation à 37 °C pendant 30 minutes minimum.
