Le milieu de base ROTI®Cell NeuroA est spécifiquement formulé pour garantir une culture optimisée des neurones postnatals et adultes ainsi que des lignées cellulaires de tumeurs neurales, sans nécessiter de couche nourricière d'astrocytes.
Le milieu est exempt de neurotransmetteurs tels que le glutamate et l'aspartate. Il convient à la culture d'une variété de cultures primaires et de lignées cellulaires neuronales. Le milieu prêt à l'emploi est obtenu par l'ajout des suppléments chimiquement définis ROTI®Cell N-2 Supplement (réf. 3H87.1) ou ROTI®Cell NS21 Supplement (réf. 3H88.1).
