ROTI®fair TBST 7.6, pour 500 ml / comprimé, pour la biochimie et la biologie moléculaire
Comprimés pré-pesés avec précision pour une préparation pratique et rapide de la solution TBST.
Solution tampon composée de TBS avec l'ajout du détergent non ionique Tween® 20. Les détergents étant connus pour réduire les interactions protéine-protéine non spécifiques, le TBST est de préférence utilisé comme solution de base lors du Western blot, de l'ELISA ou d'autres dosages immunochimiques.
La solution préparée peut être stérilisée par filtration (0,22 µm). Pour un stockage à long terme, la solution tampon doit être conservée à +4 °C.
