ROTI®Insectofect consiste en une solution aqueuse de lipides polycationiques et a été spécialement développé pour la transfection de cellules d'insectes médiée par des liposomes. En raison de sa formulation particulière, il présente une efficacité bien supérieure aux transfectants standards, tels que le phosphate de calcium ou le DEAE.
