ROTI®Mount FluorCare a été spécialement développé pour la microscopie à fluorescence et est compatible avec tous les colorants fluorescents actuels. Il s'agit d'un milieu de montage aqueux contenant un réactif anti-décoloration supplémentaire qui réduit considérablement le photoblanchiment. La fluorescence est conservée pendant de nombreuses semaines. Contrairement à d'autres milieux de montage, ROTI®Mount FluorCare ne présente pas d'autofluorescence aux longueurs d'onde courantes. ROTI®Mount FluorCare est également disponible avec les colorants DAPI (HP20.1) et iodure de propidium (HP21.1) pour une contre-coloration simultanée des noyaux. Conditionné en flacons compte-gouttes.
