ROTI®Plate90 sont des boîtes de culture préparées d'un diamètre de 90 mm. Elles sont ainsi adaptées à la taille des filtres membranaires pour l'analyse de fluides à faible charge microbienne par la méthode de filtration membranaire. Elles sont également applicables à l'analyse microbiologique d'échantillons en général. Les germes des échantillons liquides attendus à faible charge microbienne sont concentrés par filtration membranaire. Ensuite, la membrane est placée sur le milieu et incubée. L'utilisation d'une membrane avec une grille facilite le comptage des colonies résultantes.Nos produits sont testés et approuvés exclusivement pour la recherche et le développement.
Les échantillons dont on s'attend à une charge microbiologique plus élevée sont préparés en dilution en série. Ensuite, chaque étape de dilution est ensemencée et incubée. Le nombre de colonies développées est noté comme résultat.
L'agar TSA (N° d'art. 1ATT) est certifié selon la Ph. Eur. et l' USP est adapté pour la détermination de la flore aérobie mésophile totale.
