Système de test simple pour la détection, ou l'exclusion, d'une contamination par des coliformes sur les surfaces. Optimal pour le contrôle de l'hygiène et pour la minimisation du risque de contamination par les coliformes en général, en particulier E. coli. Ce ROTITEST®Coliform est très facile à appliquer : à l'aide de l'écouvillon intégré, la surface concernée est prélevée et l'écouvillon est fermement pressé dans le milieu de culture stérile. Après une incubation de 18-24 heures (37 °C), un changement de couleur distinct du milieu, passant du violet au jaune, indique la présence de coliformes, et donc la contamination de la surface concernée. Chaque emballage contient des instructions d'utilisation faciles à suivre. Remarque : ce système de test permet uniquement l'exclusion, ou l'affirmation, d'une contamination par des coliformes en tant que telle. Une quantification n'est pas possible.
