Safety Cap I, GL/S40 is an HPLC solvent-bottle closure fitted with one PFA tubing connector for 3,2 mm outer diameter plus an integrated ventilation valve and stopcock. The cap blocks harmful solvent vapours while protecting the HPLC system from airborne contamination, allowing safe withdrawal of solvents from bottles and containers. An integrated ventilation valve with change indicator maintains pressure equalisation during use. High-quality materials support laboratory and personnel safety; the screw closure rotates through 360° and is autoclavable up to 200 °C for flexible handling and cleaning. Stable construction, clear arrangement of connections and improved capillary attachment points simplify daily operation.
