Safety Waste Cap "LISA" V3.0 Extension for electronic fill level control is a modular expansion component for the safe disposal of liquid HPLC and UHPLC waste. It belongs to the latest generation of a modern, universally expandable modular system that provides an extensive range of individual threads, connections and expansion possibilities. The base module includes a Safety Waste Cap LISA with the chosen thread size, and a further 23 accessory parts are supplied so the system is immediately ready for use. A funnel or an exhaust air filter can also be attached to the Safety Waste Cap LISA. Blind plugs and satellites serve to extend and fasten components. Hose connectors accommodate larger tubing with 5–11,5 mm internal diameter. A PTFE satellite delivers optimal chemical resistance. The 360° freely rotatable screw cap enables straightforward container exchange without twisting the tubing. Redesigned fittings simplify connection of capillaries with 1,6 mm, 2,3 mm or 3,2 mm outer diameter. Exhaust-filter ports from manufacturer SCAT employ optimised activated carbon to retain harmful vapours and ensure safe pressure equalisation. This extension is manufactured from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
