Safety Waste Cap "LISA", V3.0 – S50 is a conductive safety closure engineered for the safe disposal of liquid HPLC and UHPLC waste. It forms the latest generation of a modern, universally expandable modular system that provides an exceptionally high number of individual threads, connections and expansion possibilities. The base module consists of the LISA cap in the chosen S50 thread size plus a full set of 23 accessory parts, rendering the system immediately ready for laboratory use. Improved fittings simplify connection of capillaries with 1,6 mm, 2,3 mm or 3,2 mm outer diameter, while hose connectors accept larger tubing of 5,0 mm to 11,5 mm inner diameter. PTFE satellites ensure optimal chemical resistance, and blind plugs allow secure extension or mounting of components such as funnels. The 360° freely rotatable screw cap enables container changes without twisting the tubing. An exhaust-filter connection accepts activated-carbon filters that block harmful vapours and maintain safe pressure equalisation inside the waste container. Net weight is 0,281 kg.
