Safety Waste Cap "LISA" V3.0 with S95 thread is a modular laboratory closure system for the safe collection and disposal of liquid HPLC and UHPLC waste. Manufactured from chemically resistant polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), the cap forms the core of a universally expandable modular kit. It is supplied with four fittings for capillaries of 1,6 mm, 2,3 mm or 3,2 mm outer diameter plus four PFA blind plugs, and three hose connectors for tubing of 5,0–11,5 mm inner diameter together with three PTFE blind plugs. An integrated port accepts an exhaust air filter that retains harmful vapours on activated carbon while ensuring safe pressure equalisation. Blind plugs and PTFE satellites allow extension with funnels or further components. The 360° freely rotatable screw cap permits container changes without twisting connected tubing. Ready for immediate use with a comprehensive set of 23 accessory parts from manufacturer SCAT, the system offers an exceptionally wide choice of threads, connections and expansion options for modern analytical laboratories handling solvent waste.
