Description
STAMMOPUR AG plaster and alginate remover is a ready-to-use cleaning solution for removing plaster and alginate residues from medical instruments, accessories, tools and medical-device components used in dental impression and modelling work. The 1,0 litre preparation is intended for professional use in ultrasonic baths and immersion procedures within dental practices and dental laboratories. Applied undiluted, it delivers high cleaning performance on gypsum and alginates: dental plasters dissolve with bubble formation and the bath should be renewed when bubbling decreases, while alginates are loosened so they can be lifted from trays or rinsed away with a strong water jet. The mildly alkaline formulation offers very high material compatibility with metal, titanium, glass, porcelain, ceramic and plastics, and is only conditionally suitable for light metals after a resistance check. From manufacturer Bandelin, the biodegradable product contains complexing agents (EDTA), citric acid, carbonates and amphoteric surfactants. Contact times are 3–10 min with ultrasound or 15–120 min without, at 20–60 °C. Adhesives are not removed; optics, light guides and bonded parts must not undergo ultrasonic treatment.

Questions about TICKOPUR R 32 Complexing agent free special cleaner – concentrate, Capacity/Volu
What is this article?
TICKOPUR R 32 Complexing agent free special cleaner – concentrate, Capacity/Volu is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bandelin for laboratory use. It sits in Concentrés de nettoyage par ultrasons, inside Bains à ultrasons et laveurs de laboratoire, in Instruments de laboratoire.
An ultrasonic concentrate is the chemistry added to the bath. Cavitation lifts soil. The concentrate holds it so it does not resettle. The dilution and the metals it may touch are the specification. A concentrate is not itself a disinfectant unless it says so.
An ultrasonic bath cleans by cavitation: the sound collapses tiny bubbles against the surface and lifts soil out of joints a brush cannot reach. The chemistry of the bath liquid still matters. A laboratory glassware washer is the machine that replaces hand washing when the load is large or the result has to be repeatable. Rinse water quality decides whether the glass comes out spotted. The ware being washed is listed under ISO laboratory glassware.
