SY 500 D is a double-walled reactor vessel with bottom outlet and accessories for the EasySyn reactor system. It provides a working volume of 500 ml and a DN 100 flange for secure installation in the system stand. The integrated bottom outlet facilitates convenient draining of the reaction mixture. Stainless-steel metal adapters with M 16x1 male threads are supplied for connection of temperature-control hoses. Delivery includes the glass reactor complete with the metal adapters, ready for laboratory use. Intended for the EasySyn platform from manufacturer IKA, this vessel supports reproducible organic or aqueous synthesis when paired with the matching lid, stirrer, stand and thermostat. The double-walled design promotes efficient heat exchange for accurate temperature control. Net weight is 2,280 kg. Additional glass reactors with or without bottom outlet, reactor lids, stirring elements, sensors and laboratory automation components are available as system accessories, enabling tailored configurations for diverse synthesis workflows from laboratory through scale-up studies.
