TDS20 Value TDS pocket meter is an easy-to-use, reliable handheld instrument for checking water quality in drinking-water testing, agriculture, hydroponics, swimming pools and similar applications. Its platinum conductivity electrode ensures precise and dependable TDS readings. Measuring ranges span 0 to 100,0 ppm, 0 to 1000 ppm and 0 to 10,00 ppt, with resolutions of 0,1/1 ppm and 0,01 ppt and accuracy of ±1 % F.S. Automatic 1- to 2-point calibration with buffer recognition and automatic temperature compensation (ATC) from 0 to 50 °C simplify daily operation. The large LCD shows TDS and temperature simultaneously. Automatic shut-off after eight minutes of non-use helps extend battery life. The IP67 housing is waterproof and floatable. Four AAA batteries provide up to 1000 hours of use. Dimensions are 40 × 31 × 178 mm at 107 g; complete with case the set measures 190 × 165 × 40 mm and weighs 438 g. Supplied as a full kit from manufacturer APERA Instruments, contents include the TDS20 meter, four AAA batteries, calibration solutions 1413 μS/cm and 12,88 mS/cm (50 ml each), lanyard, carrying case and operating instructions.
