Digital Pt100 probes can be calibrated independently of the meter, so work continues without downtime simply by exchanging the sensor. The instrument is HACCP-compliant and certified to EN 13485; fitted with the optional TopSafe protective cover it achieves dust-tight and jet-water protection to IP65.
