TICKOPUR TR 13 alkaline intensive cleaner concentrate is a liquid detergent for cleaning and degreasing dismantled and undismantled machines, tools, instruments, automotive fuel injectors and components in industry, crafts and laboratories. Formulated especially for SONOREX ultrasonic cleaners, it also suits immersion and wipe cleaning. Correct use yields rapid, material-compatible results; heating the bath up to 80 °C accelerates the process. It removes resinification, coking residues, soot, greases, oils, waxes, pigments, paint haze and drilling, grinding, polishing and lapping residues from steel, stainless steel, precious metals, glass, ceramics, plastics and rubber. Demulsifying solutions let oily soils float for easy removal, extending bath life. The product is a liquid concentrate for ultrasound, demulsifying, alkaline with pH 11,9 at 1 %, silicate-free and biodegradable. Typical ultrasonic dosage is 0,1–10 %, sonication 1–10 minutes at 20–80 °C; injector cleaning often uses 10 % for 2–10 minutes at 60 °C. From manufacturer Bandelin, alkali-sensitive materials such as light metals, tin, zinc and non-ferrous metals may be attacked—preliminary tests are recommended. For commercial users only.
